Lieve Olivera is a former gymnastics coach and FIG International Gymnastics judge, representing Australia at multiple World Championships, World Cup, and Olympic trial selections. 

She is a current board member and the International Representative of the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame. 

Besides being a CEO, a published author, and poet, Lieve is a certified Pickleball Instructor, a global ambassador, and she spearheaded the inception of Pickleball for Special Olympics athletes in Florida.

The Honorable Rosemarie E. Aquilina is a Michigan Circuit Court judge recognized for her dedication to justice, accountability, and ensuring that survivors have the opportunity to be heard. 

Rosemarie served for 20 years in the Michigan Army National Guard and made history as its first female Judge Advocate General officer.  

An accomplished author, professor, and advocate, she uses her experience in law, education, and storytelling to promote courage, accountability, justice, and empowerment. 

Latrice Delgado-Macon is an experienced fashion stylist, entrepreneur, and former Mrs. Michigan Continental Worldwide with expertise in trend analysis, apparel, advertising, and event planning.

As founder and president of the Detroit Fashion Community, she supports emerging talent and creates signature looks for artists, influencers, and public figures. 

A wife, mother, and philanthropist, Latrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. 

Nia Chapman is a dedicated high school senior, and aspiring psychiatrist passionate about community empowerment. She is a National Honor Society member and active student leader. 

Rooted in her faith and Haitian heritage, Nia serves as a church volunteer. She is also passionate about mentoring younger students. 

A multi-sport athlete, Nia has trained in dance for 13 years and competed in cheerleading and track and field at regional, state, and Junior Olympic levels. She has also participated in medical programs, including RYSE MED.

Valorie Kondos Field is the legendary former head coach of UCLA women's gymnastics, leading the program for 29 years. Throughout her tenure, she guided UCLA to 7 NCAA team championships and received multiple NCAA Coach of the Year honors. In addition to her celebrated coaching career, she founded a charitable foundation dedicated to community support and empowerment programs. As a renowned TED speaker, Valorie is celebrated for her athlete-first leadership and deeply inspirational coaching philosophy, which emphasizes the importance of fitness mentorship.

Through her charitable foundation, she also fosters community support and runs empowerment programs that focus on fitness mentorship, encouraging young athletes to pursue their dreams.

Eliz Nestorov, founder and CEO of AKAEVA Consulting, is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment through her charitable foundation, which supports community initiatives and empowerment programs. As an award-winning leader and international speaker, she inspires women to embrace their stories, lead with confidence, and create lasting impact in their communities, including through fitness mentorship.

Serving as Master of Ceremonies for the Empowerment Zone RED Annual Gala 2025, Jessica Lane Harris is not only an NCAAU Hall of Fame inductee but also a respected leader in the gymnastics community. With over a decade of experience as an NCAA Gymnastics Director, she has hosted numerous AAU National Championships and plays a vital role in community support through her commitment to empowerment programs and fitness mentorship, currently serving as President of Team North Carolina Gymnastics.
